Because we want the very best for our dogs and for you, our new owners, we require a purchase contract to ensure the best experience for all involved.  
We want our dogs to be cared for, loved and treated just like we do here at the kennel and if there should ever be a problem we want to work with you to resolve it quickly. Occasionally we place a pup or dog in a new home and it turns out not to be a good fit, perhaps the new owners were not aware of the ABs personality and need for excercise and mental stimulation. Perhaps the dog just doesn't adapt well to the new home. In these rare cases we will work with you to acheive a postivie outcome for everyone.

We also offer selective breeding services by contract. (Yep, we are very picky about our bloodlines!)

At times we have owners who contact us and need to give up their AB for health or other legitimate circumstances and we will take our dog back to place it in a new home. Which is why we have adult dogs that need to find good homes, along with a few of our adult dogs that don't fit into our breeding program.   We offer rehomeing/adoption contracts for these dogs.
